Dynamic Type

This is a dynamic type project that I created for my motion graphics class. My task was to find a short clip and use After Effects to make a text version of my selected clip. This was my first big project in After Effects, and I had a lot of fun learning about how to utilize text effects. I used a clip from one of my favorite shows, Death Note.

Before I could jump into After Effects I had to create a design board as a proof of concept, here's what I put together using Adobe Illustrator.
